Shock collars, at least in my personal opinion, are the most effective barking collar. Some owners tend to think of this device as being slightly inhumane. The Ultra Sonic bark collars produces a really high decibel pitch when your dog starts to bark. The can only can be heard by dogs. People cannot hear it at all. Most dogs hate the sound it produces.
